These terms apply when you browse the store and place an order with us.
By using UR SHOP BD you agree to use the store lawfully and provide accurate information when placing an order. Product images are for illustration and actual colors may vary slightly.
Prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We work hard to keep prices accurate, but a price may occasionally change before your order is confirmed. The confirmed total is always shown at checkout before you place your order.
Placing an order means you agree to pay the total shown at checkout, including delivery charges. Orders are subject to stock availability — if an item is unavailable we will contact you to resolve it.
COD orders are payable in cash when the order reaches you. Please keep the exact amount ready where possible, and verify your order when it is handed over.
Return and refund eligibility is described on the Return & Refund page.
For any question about these terms, reach us through the contact page.
