When can you return a product?

• Damaged or defective: if your product arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
• Wrong item: if you receive something different from what you ordered, let us know and we will fix it.

How to start a return

Contact us on WhatsApp with your order number and a short description of the issue, along with a photo if possible. We will confirm the next step — usually a replacement or a refund.

Refund method

Approved refunds are returned to you through the same method you paid with, or as agreed during the return process.
