Cash on Delivery

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Bangladesh. You pay only when your order reaches your hand — nothing is charged before that.

How long does delivery take?

• Order preparation: we prepare and hand over orders to our delivery partner as quickly as possible after confirmation.
• Delivery timeframes: delivery usually takes a few days depending on your location. Exact timeframes and areas are confirmed when you place your order.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. The final total, including any delivery charge, is always shown before you confirm your order.

Order tracking

You can track your order from the Track Order page using your order number and the phone number you ordered with. For anything urgent, message us on WhatsApp — we are happy to check the status for you.
